Step 1:
Check your mobile app to ensure that your GPS vehicle subscription is active. It should not show as “Expired.”
Step 2:
Verify the power connection of the GPS device installed in your vehicle.
Step 3:
Check the LED indicators on the GPS device. All LEDs should be blinking in a stable pattern, not switching on and off irregularly.
Step 4:
If the above steps are completed correctly, your vehicle should come online.
Step 5:
If the vehicle is still not live, kindly raise a support ticket.
